Description
This flavorful softneck garlic has a robust, bold and spicy flavor that lingers in dishes. Try it in pasta or mashed potatoes, or simply roasted. The white bulbs, with occasional purple and brown streaks, are very large and have a slightly flattened shape. This mid-season garlic may be stored for 6-9 months. It averages seven large fat cloves in three clove layers, and usually has no small internal cloves.
