Description
A unique mild pepper great pan rosasted, sauteed or grilled quickly. The say 1 in 10 is hot. The heat is less mild than a jalepeno and quickly yields to a cool flavor. You never know which one will kick the heat on. It seems like a followup mild one cancels the heat.
We prick each one so steam escapes, sautee them in olive oil until they puff and wilt – then remove and add salt. – then eat them like popcorn. They are addictive!!
