Deposit only ($4.00/lb hanging includes processing) – Remainder will be invoiced and must be paid prior to pickup.
After your deposit is received, you will be sent a receipt along with instructions for placing your cutting order. For more information and FAQs on buying Meat, visit our Bulk Meat Info page.
Cash, check, Venmo and ACH are all surcharge free, there is an additional charge for credit card payment (3%). If you pay with an non-credit card payment type, the entire deposit will be applied.
Each quarter is about 200 lbs hanging.
Pickup is at Roskom Meats in Kaukauna.
